Belt Fasteners
We offer a wide range of belt fasteners from Flexco USA, there are two main belt fastener types: Hinged Plate and Solid Plate. Hinged plate fasteners, often used with small pulleys, are installed into each end of the belt and then joined together and held in place with a pin. Solid plate fasteners consist of one plate that is installed into both ends of the belt and fastened together. Solid plate fasteners are used with larger pulleys and for applications that require a sift-free splice. These fasteners are installed into the belt using bolts, rivets, or staples (depending on belt type and application)

Gasket Sheet
Gasket sheets are available in a wide array of materials to suit numerous applications. We stock gasket material, and cut standard and custom gaskets in house. The basic types of non-metallic gasket material are different combinations and blends of Aramide fibers, Non-Asbestos fibers, Rubber, Flexible Graphite, Mica, PTFE and other.
All gasket sheet materials we offer are manufactured only in Europe and have excellent heat resistance combining a good adaptability to the irregularities of the flange, providing better service to high temperatures. Designed to be used in pipeline systems, air supply , exhaust gas recirculation for motor engines, as well as critical applications where high pressures and temperatures are required.

PTFE Sheet and Rod

Nylon Sheets and Rod
Nylon Rod can often be found being used for pulleys, bearings, rollers and gears etc. This is because of the material’s wear resistance and it’s exceptionally strong. It can withstand forces up to 1 tonne per square inch as well as being very impact resistant, hard wearing and low in friction.

PTFE and Graphite Gland Packing
PTFE compression packing, are made of Polytetrafluoroethylene, is known for its exceptionally high resistance to chemicals and low friction. PTFE Gland packings are made of specially selected polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) filaments or exfoliated graphite acrylic fibre.
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is a synthetic fluoropolymer of tetrafluoroethylene. Being hydrophobic, non-wetting, high density and resistant to high temperatures, PTFE is an incredibly versatile material with a wide variety of applications, though it’s perhaps best-known for its non-stick properties.
Graphite packings are self-lubricating, dimensionally stable, impervious to gases and fluids, and corrosion-resistant. Graphite packings offer excellent sealing capabilities under extreme conditions for longer equipment life and less maintenance.
Gland packings are a traditional and still popular way of solving dynamic sealing constructions. This type of seal damps leakage between the moving part and the housing and is essential for the efficiency of mixers, pumps, valves and other industrial equipment in rotary motion.
